Transceiver Server under SaaS model

We are in the process of refactoring the Transceiver Server code to make it run under a SaaS model (Software as a Service). This model enables the user to rent the server software, the necessary hardware, the network traffic and all related services instead of having to buy, install and manage the entire infrastructure yourselve.
